PROPERTIES: the follicles of senna are purgative, cathartic. The effect is more delicate and causes fewer unpleasant side effects that are recommended for children and the elderly.

PREPARATION: from 4 to 9 follicles in infusion in a cup of boiling water for 10 minutes and drink the evening. The follicles are used in herbal tea cut with the same procedures of preparation at a dose of one teaspoon per cup.
