PROPERTIES: the root of zedoaria is bitter, aromatic, stimulant, stomachic, carminative. It is very used in the preparation of bitter liqueurs, aperitifs and wines carminative.

PREPARATION: a teaspoon of root in decoction for 5-10 minutes in a cup of water and then leave to infuse for 10 minutes; drink more cups a day.
