1. Open the refill bag and pour the contents into the resealable bag where the leggings have been placed after the previous use.
2. Let the leggings absorb the liquid from the refill for 15 minutes.
3. Wear the nylon leggings and the protective trousers for greater freedom of movement at home and let the treatment work for at least 40 minutes.
4. Remove the leggings and massage your legs for a few minutes to allow for better absorption.
5. Rinse the protective trousers and leggings (you can also wash them in the washing machine at a maximum of 30 degrees).
6. Place the leggings in the resealable bag to be soaked with the refill.
