Directions: Heat the Thermoheart in the microwave for 2 minutes (700/800 Watts max power) or in a conventional oven at 100°C for 10/15 minutes. (In this case, we recommend placing a bowl of water in the oven to maintain the right level of humidity.) You can keep the Thermoheart on a radiator to keep it warm and use it as needed.
