Order
The ordering process in our store is completely automated, from the moment you select an item to the moment you pay. If you encounter any problems or difficulties during any of the ordering processes, we'll be happy to assist you over the phone, guiding you step by step, offering advice, or providing further information on our product features.
Our shop is open Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, except Thursday afternoons.
Prices
The price of the goods includes VAT.
This price applies to all customers purchasing products destined for delivery within a European Union country.
The price includes VAT at the rate established by the law currently in force in Italy.
Payment
Payment must be made on our website by credit card via PayPal. If you are unable to pay by credit card, please contact us to find the best solution for your needs. Orders will be shipped only after payment has been received.
We accept payments via PayPal on the following credit card circuits: MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, Aura.
Payments are made exclusively in Euros.
Shipping
Once the payment transactions have been completed, the goods will be shipped within 1 or 2 working days.
Goods are shipped via registered mail with receipt of delivery or international registered mail with receipt of delivery provided by Poste Italiane.
Shipping to Italy
Shipping is done via Poste Italiane's smart registered mail service and the goods are delivered within 3 working days of shipment.
Shipping costs are waived for all orders of €70.00 or more, while a €6.50 shipping charge applies to all orders under that amount.
Returns
If you realize you've made a mistake or the item is defective, you can return the item for a full refund or replacement.
All you have to do is return the goods to our offices indicating:
the order number (or even better by sending a copy of the purchase receipt or invoice)
the reason for the return
instructions on how to close the return, whether with a refund or replacement with new goods.
RETURNS OF GOODS ARE ACCEPTED ONLY IF THE PACKAGING IS PERFECTLY INTACT.

Before sending the return, if you prefer, you can contact us by phone at +39 059 245001 or by email at info@officinaliserboristeria.it to let us know the reason for the return or any defect found (in this case, you can also attach a photograph to the email).
