Ceylon black tea, leaves (Camelia thea Link.)

Black tea undergoes both fermentation and roasting; Ceylon has a dry taste.

PREPARATION: Steep one teaspoon of tea for 5 minutes in a cup of hot water; drink in the morning or early in the day.
