Kukicha Tea

A very light Japanese green tea made mainly from the twigs of the tea plant and the leaf veins.

PREPARATION: Steep 1-2 teaspoons of sprigs for 2-5 minutes in a cup of hot water; strain and drink 1 or 2 cups a day.
