Darjeeling tea, leaves (Camelia thea Link.)

PROPERTIES: Grown in the Darjeeling region of India, it is traditionally considered the most prized of black teas, so much so that it is nicknamed the "Champagne" of teas.

PREPARATION: leave 1 teaspoon of tea to infuse in a cup of hot water for 3-5 minutes: filter and drink.
