Fermented beverage containing an EM microbial mix.
Professor Higa explained that in a balanced microbiota the percentage of beneficial microorganisms is very small and that of pathogens is even smaller, whereas in the middle the majority of microorganisms are “neutral”.
It is precisely these neutrals, which are quantitatively the most abundant, that have the potential to cause the microbiota to be unbalanced towards a beneficial equilibrium.
COMPOSITION: Water, Honey, Klamath algae (
Aphanizomenon flos aquae ), Dandelion (
Taraxacum officinale L.) leaves, EM ferments.
Professor Higa gave his listeners a perspective shift: he explained that, contrary to popular belief, in a balanced microbiota, the percentage of beneficial microorganisms is very small, the percentage of pathogens is even smaller, and the percentage of "neutral" microorganisms is quantitatively the most abundant. It is precisely these microorganisms that have the potential to rebalance the microbiota toward a beneficial equilibrium.
Therefore, a healthy microbiota can be created without necessarily killing pathogens and without trying to increase the beneficial effects, but by acting on the most important part: the neutral ones.
E-emme's effective microorganisms are a mix of strains of lactobacilli, yeasts, actinomycetes and photosynthetic bacteria.
