Directions for use
Apply the gel to the affected area as often as needed.
Massage : It is suitable for sports and physiotherapy massage as the massage promotes the penetration of the active ingredients.
Compress : Make a shock compress by applying 2-3 millimetres of gel and wrapping with absorbent paper and then covering with a warm cloth.
