COMPOSITION: Green clay: purifying, absorbent; arnica extract: anti-inflammatory, analgesic, anti-bruising; horse chestnut extract: vasoprotective, reduces swelling; calendula extract: soothing, decongestant; turmeric extract: anti-inflammatory, antibacterial; comfrey extract: anti-inflammatory, antirheumatic, healing, and soothing; wintergreen essential oil: antirheumatic and analgesic; frankincense essential oil: antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, astringent, and antihemorrhagic; vegetable glycerol: moisturizing, humectant.
HOW TO USE: Apply directly to thoroughly cleansed skin until the desired thickness is achieved. On hairy areas, place a thin gauze pad between the poultice and the skin. For best results, secure the poultice with a bandage to keep it in place. Application time varies from half an hour to two hours. Remove the poultice with water when it warms or tightens the skin.
