1. Open the refill bag and pour the contents into the resealable bag where the leggings, already washed after the previous use, were placed.
2. Let the leggings absorb the refill liquid for 15 minutes.
3. Wear nylon leggings and protective trousers for greater freedom of movement at home and leave the treatment on for at least 40 minutes.
4. Remove the leggings and massage your legs for a few minutes to help it absorb better.
5. Rinse the protective trousers and leggings (you can also wash these in the washing machine at a maximum of 30 degrees).
6. Place the leggings in the resealable bag to be soaked with the refill.
