PROPERTIES: the bark of Uncaria tomentosa is immunostimulant, antiviral (herpes, …), anti-inflammatory, also suitable for gastritis, arthritis, rheumatism, acne, vaginal and intestinal inflammation.

PREPARATION: a teaspoon of bark decoction for 5-10 minutes in a cup of water and then leave to infuse for 15-20 minutes; drink more cups a day.
