Ingredients
Water, ethyl alcohol, alcoholic extracts of: Plantain (Plantago major L.) folium, Yarrow (Achillea millefolium L.) herba c. floribus, Camomile vulgaris (Matricaria chamomilla L.) flos, Mallow (Malva sylvestris L.) flos, Poppy (Papaver rhoeas L.) flos, Marshmallow (Althaea officinalis L.) radix, Marigold (Calendula officinalis L.) capitula, Propolis ( Propolis) hive wax, Lavender (Lavandula officinalis Chaich) oleum.

Physiological effect
Chamomile and Yarrow promote regular gastrointestinal motility and elimination of gas, Mallow and Marshmallow promote intestinal transit.

Plantain 1500 mg, Yarrow mg 1125, Camomile vulgaris 1125 mg, Mallow mg 1125,Poppy  mg 1125, Marshmallow 750 mg,  Marigold 375 mg, Propolis 375 mg, Lavender 0.05 mg.

Recommended daily dose
We recommend using a coffee spoon (2.5 ml) dissolved in water or another recommended drink 3 times a day
